CISTM Registration and Information
Registration is Open!
ISTM Members: You can register using your username and password via the ISTM Member Portal.
Non-members: You will need to create an ISTM profile before registering for the event.

Registration Fees
Registration fees are payable only in U.S. Dollars and can only be made with by VISA, Master Card, or American Express credit cards. All credit card payments will be charged in U.S. Dollars. Currency conversions will be handled through the credit card company’s billing arrangement with the cardholder. If you are unable to use a credit card when registering, please contact ISTM at [email protected] to determine another arrangement. Registrations will be complete only when payment is received.
Call for Abstracts: The submission deadline has now passed.
Invitation Letter: Attendees requiring an invitation letter for visa or personal purposes can download it directly. If you have questions or require more information, email ISTM Administrative Coordinator Taylor Norfleet-Brown <[email protected]>.
Accreditation: Continuing Medical Education (CME) will be available to physicians and physician assistants ($55). Continuing Education (CE) will be available to pharmacists ($55) and to nurses, Nursing Continuing Professional Development (NCPD) ($35). All accreditations are available at the point of registration.
Guest Registration: Guests are welcome; however, each guest must be registered ($150) at the same time as the attendee’s registration. Guest registration may also be purchased onsite with a credit card. Guest registrations include access to the Opening Ceremony, Opening Reception, the Exhibition Hall and the Closing Ceremony. Guests may not attend any scientific programming. Guests will receive a lanyard and a badge that must be worn at all times.
Pre-Conference Workshops: These will be held Sunday, 11 May 2025 from 1:00 pm – 3:30 pm local time. View the Pre-Conference Workshop descriptions here. These additional educational offerings are a separate purchase ($50.00) from the conference registration. Please note workshops run concurrently.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received on or before 31 January 2025 will be refunded via the original form of payment minus a $100 administrative fee. Cancellations received on or after 1 February 2025 will not be refunded.
Registrations are non-transferable.
Registration and Badge Pick-up: The registration desk will open on Sunday, 11 May 2025. Attendees wishing to register on-site should do so at the registration desk. Please stop at the registration desk to pick up your conference badge and any additional information. Official name badges are required to be visible at all times during the conference.

Hilton New Orleans Riverside Conference Hotel: ISTM has negotiated discount rates for a block of hotel rooms on a first come, first-served basis. They sell out fast so book now. Register here. If you contact the hotel directly to make your reservation, be sure to let them know you are a part of the ISTM room block.

Conference App: An app will be available in mid-February. Details will be sent to attendees ahead of the conference.
Dress Code: Please dress business casual. Conference and hotel rooms can often be chilly. Please plan to dress for your personal comfort with a light jacket or sweater.
CTH® Examination: For the examinees,the examination will be held the morning of Sunday, 11 May 2025 at the conference hotel. Please watch your inbox to submit an application to sit for the examination.
